This webinar will review how the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) can help someone who is in danger of “aging out” to continue to immigrate as a “child” even after their 21st birthday, focusing on family-based beneficiaries. We will discuss which family-based beneficiaries are covered, how to calculate a person’s CSPA-adjusted age, what a beneficiary needs to do to lock in their CSPA-adjusted age, what role the Visa Bulletin charts play in this analysis, related protections for those who may have aged out even with CSPA, and recent case law and policy changes pertaining to CSPA.
